SEN Resource-Base Teacher (Primary)
📍 Location: East Birmingham (B8)
📅 Full-Time | Term-Time
Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in their learning? We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Resource-Base Teacher to join our inclusive, forward-thinking primary school in East Birmingham.
The Role
Teach in our on-site resource base, supporting pupils with SEN (e.g. SEMH, autism, learning difficulties).
Plan and deliver adapted lessons to meet individual needs and drive progress.
Lead and co-work with experienced SEN Teaching Assistants.
Contribute to assessments, EHCP reviews, and progress tracking.
Work closely with parents, external agencies, and the wider school team.
Promote inclusion strategies and best practice in SEND.What We Offer

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience (or clear interest) in working with children with SEN.
