Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher with a passion for helping children reach their full potential? We’re excited to be working with a specialist SEN school in Walsall that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join their team. This full-time role begins in October 2025 and runs through to July 2026. The role will become permant for the right person.

The Role

Full-time SEN Teacher position
*
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs
*
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
*
Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil progress and wellbeing
About You
*
QTS preferred (other relevant qualifications will be considered)
*
Previous experience working with children with SEN, in mainstream or specialist settings
*
Strong understanding of adaptive teaching approaches and effective behaviour management strategies
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
A genuine commitment to inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working as a Teacher.
