SEN Teacher - Milton Keynes
Join a supportive SEMH School in Milton Keynes!
Tradewind are partnered with a specialist provision seeking an experienced and engaging SEN Teacher passionate in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
The Role:
Based at a specialist SEMH School in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Small classes (avg. 6-8 pupils) with excellent 1:1 and class support staff
Long-term role with potential for permanent opportunities
Immediate start available (flexible for qualifying candidates)
Supportive SLT who provide regular morning briefings to implement EHCP Targets
Requirements:
Qualified SEN Teacher with SEMH teaching experience
Strong knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour management, and understanding triggers
Ability to build positive relationships and encourage pupil progress
Enhanced DBS Checked, with subscription to update service (or willing to apply)
x2 References (one of which is education based)
