About the Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs

Work collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support student progress
Promote student confidence and independence through creative and innovative teaching strategies
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
Demonstrate effective classroom management and strong communication skills
Be proactive, flexible, and responsive in their teaching approach
Be committed to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
Be highly organised and dedicated to supporting student growth and development
