Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision attached to a welcoming mainstream primary school in the borough of Ealing, starting in January 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified primary teacher who is passionate about Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and looking to transition into a specialist teaching role. You'll be joining a supportive and well-resourced provision that caters to pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, Speech and Language difficulties, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
Pay: £150-£260 per day (depending on experience)

Your Role:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
Create a supportive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and the SENCo
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching accordingly
Foster independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in every learner
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching primary-aged pupils (mainstream or SEN)
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
A patient, reflective, and adaptable teaching approach
Previous SEND experience or training is desirable but not essential
