Rising Hope Education are proud to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Ilford, who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team and lead a small Year 1 pre-formal class.
About the Class

Small class of non-verbal pupils with complex communication needs.
*
Pupils are learning at a pre-formal stage, with a focus on communication, engagement, independence, and sensory exploration.
*
Supported by experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a teacher who is:

Experienced in SEN, EYFS or early developmental learning.
*
Skilled in supporting pupils with communication-related behaviours.
*
Passionate, empathetic and confident using a child-centred, play-based approach.
*
Resilient and creative in helping every child reach their potential.
