Job Description

A warm and supportive SEN Primary School in Crawley is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing environment where every child’s progress, well-being and individuality is at the heart of the school community.

About the Role:
You will be teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that support learning, communication and personal development. You will work closely with a strong team of teaching assistants and senior staff to create a safe, positive and structured environment.

We are looking for someone who:
• Holds QTS
• Has experience in SEN, particularly within primary settings
• Can adapt teaching to meet a range of needs & learning styles
• Brings a nurturing, patient and proactive approach
• Is passionate about inclusive education and helping children thrive
