Job Title: SEN Teacher Windsor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Windsor Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £33,075 - £45,037 Per month Qualifications: - Qualified Teaching Status - SEN Teaching Experience - Passion for Education Skills: - Proactive - Adaptable - Communication and Time Management Skills - Patient - Behavioural Skills Job Duties: - Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs - Creating a positive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of students - Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and other professionals - Collaborating with other teachers, support staff, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students Required Qualifications: - Qualified Teaching Status - SEN Teaching Experience - Passion for Education Education: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching students with special educational needs Knowledge and Skills: - Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive education practises - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Effective time management and organisational skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students Preferred Qualifications: - Additional training in special education or related field Working Conditions: - Work in a school setting with students with special educational needs - Collaborate with other teachers and support staff - Attend meetings and training sessions as required - Work full-time hours on a permanent basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
