🌟 The Role
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide nurturing, consistent support for a lovely young girl with autism
Help her develop confidence, communication skills, and emotional regulation
Adapt activities and resources to help her access the curriculum
Foster independence and build a trusting, positive relationship
Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment🌈 What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you are:
Caring, patient, and understanding
Experienced with autism/SEN (beneficial but not essential)
