About the role:
• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASD, nurturing their confidence and independence
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions and learning strategies
• Use creative approaches and communication tools (such as PECS, Makaton, or visual timetables) to engage and motivate students
• Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued
• Monitor progress, celebrate successes, and adapt support to meet individual needs
