The Role
As a SEN teaching assistant, you’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups, primarily supporting students in key stage 1 and key stage 2 who have ASD. You will:
• Help deliver tailored learning strategies to enhance engagement and development
• Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Work closely with SENCOs, class teachers, and therapists to ensure each child’s individual needs are met
