Pay Rate: £95-£105 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are seeking a caring and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Staffordshire (DE15). The school supports pupils with autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing team making a genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs.
Use strategies to aid communication and manage behaviour positively.
Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs under teacher guidance.
Encourage social and emotional development alongside academic progress.Candidate Requirements:
Experience supporting children with autism, learning difficulties, or behavioural needs.
Patience, empathy, and a calm, encouraging approach.
Strong communication skills, particularly when supporting speech and language.
