Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN), preferably within a school setting.
Confidence in supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, with experience in phonics or SATS intervention being an advantage.
Strong relationship-building skills with children, parents, and staff.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive, positive attitude.
Good behaviour management and communication abilities.
Understanding of child development and familiarity with IEP and EHCP targets.Essential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Right to work in the UK.
CV must include full work history since leaving formal education.
Two professional references from the past two years.
