An Outstanding secondary school in Barnet (EN4) is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant with experience in phonics and targeted intervention. This full-time role begins in September 2025 and runs through to July 2026 — ideal for graduates or aspiring educational psychologists seeking valuable long-term classroom experience.
You’ll be supporting students across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering small group and 1:1 intervention for pupils with special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-achieving secondary setting.

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Profile:
* Graduate with phonics/intervention experience
* Experience supporting students in secondary settings
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Available full-time from September to July
* Based near Barnet or willing to commute to EN4
