Are calm under pressure, kind, and able to build trust with pupils who might find school challenging
What You’ll Need:
A positive, caring attitude and a real interest in SEN or mental health
Good communication and teamworking skills
A willingness to get stuck in and learn on the job
A Child DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to apply for one)
