SEN Teaching Assistant - Burnham (Primary School) Start: ASAP or September 2025 | Location: Burnham | Salary: £95-£105 per day (dependent on experience) Are you a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in an inclusive and nurturing school community? An inspirational primary school in Burnham is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs in KS1 and KS2. You'll join a friendly, vibrant team who are deeply committed to ensuring every child thrives emotionally, socially, and academically. The Role: 1:1 and small group SEN support Assisting with personalised learning plans and interventions Supporting children with ASD, speech & language, and behaviour needs Encouraging social inclusion and positive learning behaviours Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO About You: Experience supporting children with special educational needs (in school or outside formal settings) A calm, caring, and encouraging presence Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships Degree holders or those interested in future teacher training are warmly encouraged to apply Why Join This School?
