What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with physical disabilities, medical needs, and complex learning profiles
Using creative tools and sensory strategies to help students engage and communicate

Collaborating with a warm, multidisciplinary team that celebrates every small win
What We’re Looking For:
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Experience in a creative field (art, drama, music, dance, design) or working with children
A caring, imaginative approach with strong communication skills
Willingness to support personal care and mobility needs

Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella fees!)
FREE CPD, including autism awareness, sensory integration, and Makaton
Friendly, honest consultant support—tailored to your strengths
