Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Durham Location: Durham, County Durham Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply Start Date: Immediate Start Available Salary: £95-£120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs within a welcoming secondary school in Durham. About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs. Whether you are an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or a graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in SEND education, we would love to hear from you. You will support students aged 11-16 with a range of needs, which may include autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH needs, or physical disabilities. Your role will involve providing individualised support, helping students access learning, and promoting independence and confidence.
