Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development
Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
Contribute to the creation of a safe and engaging classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staffRequirements
Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and resilience
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
