We are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work with our partner school in Exeter. This full-time position offers the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. If you're passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment, this opportunity is for you.
Essential Requirements:
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).
A passion for helping young people with SEN reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both one-on-one and in groups, to aid their academic, emotional, and social progress.
Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
Help students with behaviour management, confidence building, and relationship development.
Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
