SEN Teaching Assistants - Flint
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for patient, caring, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist and mainstream schools across Flint and the surrounding areas.
In this role, you'll be supporting children with additional learning needs such as autism, ADHD, and social, emotional or behavioural difficulties. You'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every student can thrive.
Requirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school or care setting preferred)
A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
