SEN Teaching Assistant - Flint
£88.94-£95 per day | ASAP Start | Full-time
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a caring, resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming school in Flint. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils who have a range of additional learning needs and make a real difference each day.
The role:
Supporting pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs
Working 1:1 and with small groups
Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning
Assisting teachers with adapted resources and classroom routines
Creating a calm, safe and encouraging environment
You'll need:
Experience supporting SEN pupils (school, care, youth work or similar)
A patient, nurturing and consistent approach
Good communication and de-escalation skills
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
