1:1 SEN Support – EYFS & KS1 | January 2026 Start
Frankley, Birmingham B45 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30
APT Education is recruiting for multiple 1:1 SEN Support roles starting January 2026, working with pupils in EYFS and KS1 with Autism, ADHD, and associated behavioural needs. These roles are based in a dynamic primary school near Frankley, Birmingham, known for its inclusive ethos and tight-knit staff team.
You’ll be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence in a structured environment. The school values proactive, emotionally intelligent support staff who bring consistency, patience, and professionalism to every interaction.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A nurturing, resilient and adaptable approach
* Availability for a full-time role from January 2026
