Location: Federation of SEN Schools (South Wales area)
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply Opportunities
Start Date: Immediate and Ongoing

About the Role
We are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated ALN Support Staff to join a welcoming federation of SEN schools. You’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs — helping them to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting students in the classroom and during wider school activities.
Assisting with personal care routines (full training provided).
Helping to implement individual education and care plans.
Promoting independence, confidence, and positive wellbeing.
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience working with children or adults with additional learning or care needs.
Background in community care, support work, or personal assistance (PA roles) — your skills are highly transferable!
A positive, patient, and compassionate attitude.
Manual handling experience (training can be provided if needed).
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS check (we can support you with this).
EWC registration (Education Workforce Council – support provided if required).
