ADHD Support Role – Year 5 Class, Blackpool

Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a committed and compassionate individual to provide ADHD support in a Year 5 classroom at a welcoming primary school in Lytham St Annes. This role begins in December 2025 and will cover a maternity leave.
Role Overview:
Support pupils with ADHD to access learning and develop positive routines
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
Foster a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children with ADHD or additional needs
Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about making a difference in children's education
