SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary (ASD Focus) - Northampton, Northamptonshire - November start - Full-time, Long-term
Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a specialist SEN school in Northampton to recruit a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils with ASD.

About the role - SEN TA
Support primary-aged students with ASD in both classroom and individual settings.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities.
Promote positive behaviour and social interaction.
Help create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
About you - SEN TA
Previous UK experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally ASD.
A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students and staff.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN are desirable but not essential.
