Teaching Assistant Location: Rugby, CV22 Weekly Pay Rate: £460-£500 per week Start Date: ASAP Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Long-Term | Temp to Perm Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and ready to make a genuine difference in a nurturing early years setting? Long Term Futures is proud to be working in partnership with a warm and inclusive OFSTED-rated 'Good' primary school in Rugby, who are seeking multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. These are long-term roles with the potential to become permanent - offering a fantastic opportunity to join a school community where every child is valued and supported to thrive. Two Exciting Roles Available in School EYFS - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Provide 1:1 support to a child in Reception with Down's Syndrome and ASD. The child has an EHCP and requires consistent, nurturing support to develop communication and access the EYFS curriculum through play. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies and ensure progress. Reception/Nursery - Blended Support Role Split between Nursery and Reception, this position involves general classroom support in Nursery and targeted assistance for two Reception pupils with EHCPs (Down's Syndrome and ASD, non-verbal). You'll promote engagement and social interaction through structured play and communication-focused activities.
