SEN Teaching Assistant Start Date: ASAP Location: Ealing, West London Full/Part-time: Full-time Salary: Negotiable depending on experience About the Role/School We are excited to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a two-form entry community primary school in West London. Job Responsibilities As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with SEND both in the classroom and during outdoor activities. Work closely with teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans. Assist in preparing learning resources and classroom materials. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers. Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural skills. Qualifications/Experience To be successful as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have: Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service. Right to work in the UK. A passion for supporting children with additional needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable but not essential.
