YOUR ROLE
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils with autism using individualised learning strategies
Build positive relationships with primary-aged pupils with additional needs
Assist with personal care respectfully and sensitively
Work collaboratively with teachers to promote inclusive education
Help manage behaviour using positive and consistent strategies
Track and record pupil progress
