SEN Teaching Assistant - Bedfordshire - January Start - Tradewind - Weekly Pay - Local Schools - PAYE - £90-100 per day

Our partner schools in Bedfordshire would love to hear from you!
Tradewind are currently working closely with a range of Primary and SEN schools in Bedfordshire who are looking to add to their SEN teams for January.
We work with a range of schools in Bedfordshire so will listen closely to the type of school you enjoy working in and do our best to find you a role that fits you!
Many of our TA's go on to secure permanent contracts with the school.
The Role:
You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs, you'll provide both one-to-one and small group support to help children access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
The Schools:
We partner with a number of inclusive and supportive schools across Bedfordshire, offering a range of placements from short-term supply to long-term roles, with potential for permanent opportunities. Each school provides a welcoming environment with strong teamwork and a focus on pupil development.
Requirements:
Experience supporting children with special educational needs (in school or similar settings)
A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people's education and well being
