APT Education is seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a non-verbal pupil with complex needs at a primary school near Acocks Green. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who brings warmth, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose to their work.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals in school, care, or specialist settings
* Confidence delivering personal care with dignity and professionalism
* Familiarity with non-verbal communication strategies (PECS, Makaton, visual timetables)
* A current Child Workforce DBS or willingness to apply
* Emotional intelligence, patience, and a commitment to inclusive education
