What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals in school-based or care settings
* Confidence working with pupils with diverse needs, including speech, language, and social communication challenges
* A current Child Workforce DBS or willingness to apply
* Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to inclusive education
