 Contract: Long-term/Permanent
Day Rate: £105 - £115

The Opportunity:

Long Term Futures are seeking a passionate and experienced teaching assistant to join an independent Special Post-16 Institution managed by Barnet Special Education Trust.

They are an inclusive provision recognising and celebrating equality and diversity. They offer personalised placements for young adults aged 18 - 24 with an Education Health and Care Plan that identifies their special educational needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
Implement strategies to support behavioural, emotional, and social needs
Assist in creating an inclusive and structured learning environment
Help deliver tailored interventions and support plans
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Requirements:

Previous experience in a SEN teaching environment.
Strong behavioural management and communication skills.
Commitment to development and inclusive education.
