The Classroom Experts are working with secondary specialist SEN school in Coulsdon, seeking caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team.
About the role:

Work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), SEMH needs, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Be part of a supportive, friendly, and passionate team.

Full-time or permanent contracts. You will be paid by the school.

Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Coulsdon, Surrey

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
*
Salary: £21,000- £23,000 DOE
*
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Responsibilities:
*
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
*
Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to help them access the curriculum.
*
Implement positive behaviour strategies in line with school policy.
*
Collaborate with SEN specialists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Educational Psychologists.
*
Adapt activities and resources to suit children with diverse abilities and learning styles.
