SEN Teaching Assistant Area: Tile Hill, Coventry, CV4 Weekly Pay: £460 - £500 Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only) Contract: Long-term to Permanent Start Date: 05/01/2026Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs in Reception and Key Stage One? Long Term Futures are seeking a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to support children across Reception and Key Stage One at a well-regarded primary school in the Tile Hill area of Coventry. This role will involve providing consistent, tailored support to pupils with SEN including Autism and Speech, Language and Communication Needs. You'll need to be adaptable, patient, and able to work both 1:1 and with small groups, ensuring each child receives the attention they need to thrive. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
