Contract: Part time - Potential to become Full Time
Pay Rate: £90-£120 per day

Your contribution:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils access their learning and develop confidence in their own abilities. Your patience, adaptability, and understanding will make a genuine difference every day.
Desirables and Expectations:

Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a primary, specialist, or alternative setting (desirable)

Confidence working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions

Understanding of approaches for supporting autism, communication differences, sensory needs, and social-emotional development

Strong communication skills for building effective relationships with colleagues, families, and external agencies

A calm, patient, and empathetic manner

Ability to adapt activities, resources, and routines to meet varied learning needs
