SEN Teaching Assistant

Newham

Full time, Monday - Friday 8:30 - 16:00

PAYE, we do not use umbrella companies

About the role

We are looking for SEN Teaching assistants to work in a mainstream partner primary school in Newham on a full time basis

Your responsibilities will include-

-Supporting children with special educational needs

-Supporting class teachers where needed

-Working on a 1-2-1 and small group settings basis

-Helping prepare lessons, resources for the classroom and assist with tidying after lessons

-Supporting on school trips if and when needed

The school is a mainstream primary school in Newham.

School expects supply staff to be punctual, confident, and be able to work off your own initiative.

Requirements

Have a DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one

Key responsibilities

Provide support to staff and pupils throughout all year groups within key stage
