A thriving SEN primary school is looking to appoint a caring, proactive, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with EHCPs from EYFS to KS2. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference to students with a range of additional needs, both in class and on a 1:1 basis.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become a key part of a supportive and motivated team. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
Following personalised strategies to ensure each child reaches their full potential
Contributing to a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
