SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time
 1:1 and Small Group Support - KS1 & KS2
 Monday to Friday

Reeson Education is partnering with a highly respected and inclusive primary school in Barnet that is seeking several committed and dependable graduates to join their team as SEN Teaching Assistants from January 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, and who are motivated to help every child succeed within a nurturing and ambitious school community.

Key Responsibilities

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across KS1 and KS2.

Assist children with a variety of special educational needs to help them engage fully with the curriculum.

Deliver targeted interventions and run nurture groups for children with additional needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
