Role Overview
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Newbury
Pay Rate: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start: ASAP
Ideal Candidates: Psychology, Education, Criminology graduates or experienced SEN support staffAs a SEN Teaching Assistant you will support pupils with Autism, complex learning difficulties, PMLD, and communication needs, assisting both in the classroom and during specialist interventions. Responsibilities include supporting personalised learning plans, promoting independence, and helping pupils with emotional regulation and social interaction.
