Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a supportive trust of schools in the Doncaster area.

This is a great opportunity for an SEN professional who is looking for flexible work while making a meaningful impact across a range of school settings.

About the Role

As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Work across multiple schools within the trust, adapting to different classroom environments
Provide 1:1 support and deliver small group interventions
Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and individual learning plans
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupil progress

What We're Looking For

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
