Every Friday, dedicated time is built into the timetable for staff development, CPD, and enrichment activities. The school actively encourages staff to bring their own interests, talents, and passions into the setting. Whether you: Play a musical instrument, enjoy drama or performance, coach a sport, love art or creative projects, have practical skills such as carpentry or construction, have a specialist hobby or interest. The school will support opportunities for you to share these skills with students through clubs, enrichment sessions, and wider school activities.
