What you'll be doing As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils feel confident, included and ready to learn. Your day could include: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups Helping children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and therapists to support individual learning plans Creating a calm, safe and positive learning environment We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people, experience supporting children with SEND is desirable, but not essential Is patient, compassionate and resilient Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff Is eager to learn and develop new skills Has a genuine passion for supporting children to succeed Why work with Protocol Education?
