SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary / Secondary School

Protocol Education is working with welcoming and supportive schools across the Stockton area, looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately.

What your day could look like:
Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day learning activities
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
Helping to keep students engaged, focused, and motivated
Assisting with classroom management and organisation
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children (school-based or similar)
Is proactive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
Communicates well with both pupils and staff
Brings a positive attitude and lots of patience
Is adaptable — no two days are ever the same!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
