SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a part-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team immediately. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, patient, and driven to help young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You will work closely with pupils across Key Stages 3 to 5, offering targeted support tailored to individual needs—whether it's ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, or other learning differences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups in the classroom
• Working alongside teachers and SENCO to deliver bespoke learning plans
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits
• Creating a calm, safe, and supportive environment for learning
• Assisting with monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed

• Experience working with SEN students (preferred but not essential)
• A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
