Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Academics are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across special educational needs (SEN) schools in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers the opportunity to work with children who have a variety of learning challenges, including autism (ASD), ADHD, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.
Assist with personal care needs when necessary.
Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities.
Help manage behaviour and encourage positive student engagement.
