SEN Teaching Assistant - PMLD Setting | Chorley
Location: Chorley
Start Date: Immediately / After May Half-Term
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)? We are working with a welcoming SEN school in Chorley that is looking to expand their team with someone who truly wants to make a difference.
The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with complex learning and physical needs
Assist with personal care, mobility, and communication
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver a tailored curriculum
Create a safe, stimulating environment for learners
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working in a PMLD or SEN setting is highly desirable
Comfortable supporting students with personal care needs
Patient, caring, and resilient with a proactive approach
Available full-time and able to travel to Chorley
Compliance Requirements:

A minimum of two professional references covering the last two years
