About the role:
• Support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with SEMH needs, providing both 1:1 and group interventions
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver tailored strategies that promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and resilience through creative activities and structured routines
• Help create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn
• Monitor progress and adapt your approach to meet the changing needs of each pupil

• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting (essential)
