Provide tailored support to pupils with autism across EYFS to KS2
Work 1:1 and in small groups within the school's resource base
Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions based on individual learning goals

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism
Understanding of autism-specific strategies and individualised support approaches
