Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
One of our schools are looking for several LSA’s (Learning Support Assistant) to help support at their SEN school based in the King’s Lynn area. This school are needing extra staff to help support the children either in a 1:1 setting or small groups.
About the role:
· Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3.30pm (these hours may vary by 45 minutes)
· Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
· Assist with classroom activities and help implement EHCP's
· Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
· Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.
· Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.
· Full time option – temp to perm style!
The ideal candidate will:
· Have previous professional or personal experience working with SEN children.
· Hold a valid Enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
· Have the passion and drive to work with children - MUST
· Able to use own initiative to get involved – MUST

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
